The UC Theatre Taube Family Music Hall, a 1,400-capacity non-profit event space in Berkeley, California, was looking for ways to increase visibility and boost ticket sales for their various community-oriented arts and culture events.

The Goal

In April of 2024, The UC Theatre partnered with Bandsintown Pro on 10 events over the month, activating the 5-Stage Automated Fan Alert Series to deliver geo-targeted email and push notifications about each show to core followers of the artists performing. 

The venue also took advantage of the Monthly Venue Digest to automatically email its Bandsintown followers with upcoming shows.

The Tactics

In just one month, Bandsintown Pro contributed to 286 ticket sales and $15,603 in revenue across 10 shows at the venue, resulting in a 22X ROI for The UC Theatre.
